Oats Veggie Pancake with beetroot yougurt dip

Ingredients

  • Oats flour
  • Wheat flour
  • Beetroot
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Yougurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl  add oatsflour, wheat flour salt,and whisk everything once.
  • Now add water and whisk to form a lump-free batter (resembling pancake batter).
  • Add all the chopped veggies,( onion, grated carrot & Beetroot)and stir everything.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over high flame and apply 1 tsp of oil, using ladle pour portion as per your need
  • cook from both side till you found desired brown look. Serve with any chutney or dip.
  • Beetroot yogurt dip: In a mixer jar add 1 boiled Beetroot with yogurt, salt and pepper and blend to paste

Notes/Tips

Once batter is prepared keep aside for 10 min.
