- In a bowl add oatsflour, wheat flour salt,and whisk everything once.
- Now add water and whisk to form a lump-free batter (resembling pancake batter).
- Add all the chopped veggies,( onion, grated carrot & Beetroot)and stir everything.
- Heat a nonstick pan over high flame and apply 1 tsp of oil, using ladle pour portion as per your need
- cook from both side till you found desired brown look. Serve with any chutney or dip.
- Beetroot yogurt dip: In a mixer jar add 1 boiled Beetroot with yogurt, salt and pepper and blend to paste
