- Dry roast the oats.
- Heat the oil in pan then add mustard seeds, chop green chilli, curry leaves, alomond, cashewnuts, peanuts, raisins cook for 1 or 2 mins.
- Now add turmeric powder, roasted oats, salt and sugar powder.
