  • Roasted Rolled Oats
  • Banana
  • Milk
  • Mixed nuts

Instructions

  • Take rolled Oats and roast them for 3 minutes.
  • Add chopped Banana and Milk and blend all ingredients. You can add honey for taste if you like.
  • Now transfer to serving bowl and garnish with mix nuts and Raisins. Your healthy breakfast is ready. Though Oats is complex Carbohydrates it takes time to digest and tummy filler for long time.
