  • Banana
  • Honey
  • Cashew
  • Saffron
  • Milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add chopped banana,oats,honey, cashew, saffron and blend well. Then pour milk and make a smoothie. Serve into glass. Can also add ice cubes.
