  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 glass full cream milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Arrange all these things together. At first grind the oats make a smooth powder Add banana,milk, cinnamon powder. Grind it.
  • While serving mix honey into it.
