  • In a mixing bowl put the melted butter or room temperature butter and whisk (use hand whisker) , add the powdered sugar and mix it very hard till the sugar gets dissolve and gives you a fluffy texture.

  • Mix and knead them together to make a dough , but don't over knead it. Add the choco chips , reserve some to add as toppings. Mix the chips well (at this point if you find your dough too hard add 1-2 tsp of milk) * remember add milk if needed.
  • Make small balls and press flat with your light hand and give a shape of your choice (you can use cookie cutters too), place them on a plate add the reserve choco chips on top and keep it in fridge for just 10 min.
  • pre heat the microwave in 180 degree, meanwhile grease the baking tray or tin and keep the cookies (maintain distance between the cookies so that they get space to expand) if you have small baking tray or tin you can go for two or three batches.
  • Place a low rack and bake it for 15 min in 180 degree in convection mode.
  • Remember don't eat it immediately after taking out of the oven, it is still soft to eat. Let them cool down in room temperature .
  • After it cools down enjoy them with hot coffee or however you like .
