  • Instant oats 1 cup
  • Apple 1/4 pcs
  • Dates 2 nos
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  • Chia seeds 1tsp optional

Instructions

  • Blend oats apple dates into smooth paste. Transfer into serving glass add spoon of soaked chia seeds and pomegranate a spoon full. Serve chilled.
