oats dry fruit laddu (no sugar)

Ingredients

  • 2small cup roasted oats
  • 1small cup roasted peanut powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed nut powder(cashew, badam, dry grapes
  • 3/4 cup chopped jaggery
  • 1 tbsp warm milk (if required)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder(optional)

Instructions

  • Take a pan and dry roast oats in low flame. Roast till you get nice aroma. And oats will turn nutty. Don't roast in high flame it may get burnt. For measurement use the same cup you taken for oats.
  • Take mixer jar, add cashew, badam, and dry grapes. Crush it in pulse mode. Don't run the mixer at once. Crush it slowly, otherwise it may release oil and become wet. We need dry nuts powder. Transfer it to bowl.
  • Now dry roast peanut, in low flame. Roast till it become crispy. And make a fine powder in mixer jar. Same process don't over run the mixer. Just run little by little.
  • Now transfer oats, peanut powder in a bowl.
  • Add ghee, jaggery(chopped the jaggery before adding, there should not be lumps). Add extra ghee, jaggery as per your wish. If mixtures feels little dry add little lukewarm milk.
  • Take little mixture in hand, and give a laddu shape, by pressing with fingers. And coat with nuts or peanut powder. Likewise make all laddus from mixture. Allow it to dry.
  • Oats laddu is ready to serve.
