  • Oats
  • Honey
  • Milk
  • Ghee
  • Cashew
  • Almonds
  • Cardamom powder
  • Raisins

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the oats and transfer into blender and make a powder and keep it aside. Again in the same pan and add ghee and dry roast the dry fruits and keep it aside. Take a pan and add milk and boil it, now take small cup of boiled milk add oats powder and mix it. Then pour this oats mixture in boiling milk and cook it till get thick consistency cook along cardamom powder and almonds, then transfer into serving bowl. Finally garnish with cashew nuts,tasty oats halwa is ready to serve.
