- For Making oats cookies. We take ghee, jaggery powder, powder Sugar and whisk it u Till it gets fluffy Batter now add banana puree but it should be less 1/4 cup.
- Now Add baking soda and mix it. After take oats and wheat flour. Mix it completely add honey as per choice. So it will become more chewy and soft.
- Now Add some chocolate chunks or chocochips some berries and make some roundels. Grease the baking tray with ghee. And preheat oven for 10 minutes on 170 degree.
- After Preheating Bake It For 10- 12 minutes on 170 degree. After 10 to 12 minutes cookies colour become golden brown. Take out from the oven and place it on a wire rack for completely cool it. And serve with tea or breakfast.
