Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 25 grams makhana
  • 25 grams desiccated coconut
  • 11/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Handful almonds
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  • Dry roast oats in low flame for 5 minutes, dry roast makhana in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Grind makhana and oats along with cardamom jaggery powder and almonds. Make a fine powder
  • Add 1 2 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of water allowed to melt add this powder add 1 tablespoon of ghee mix well put off the gas and make laddu.
  • You can add nuts also for garnishing
