- Dry roast oats in low flame for 5 minutes, dry roast makhana in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Grind makhana and oats along with cardamom jaggery powder and almonds. Make a fine powder
- Add 1 2 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of water allowed to melt add this powder add 1 tablespoon of ghee mix well put off the gas and make laddu.
- You can add nuts also for garnishing
