- Make flour of oats,add semolina,plain flour,salt,oil,water,make Medium soft dough.mix all spices,mashed potatoes,green peas,onion,make stuffing.Make roti from dough,give triangle shape,fill stuffing,close sides of samosa,Fry in medium hot oil.

Make oats flour in mixture.Saute onion,boiled green peas, chilli ginger garlic paste and spices and then add in mashed potatoes.apply water on sides of samosa to close sides.Roll equal medium thin rotis and then cut from middle and give triangle samosa shape. Fry till golden brown. Very healthy and samosa turns crispy due to oats and semolina.
