Ingredients

  • roasted oats 1/2 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil add veggies and saute for 2 minutes.. add roasted oats and saute for 2 minutes..now add water chilli and pepper powder and salt...let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame..if needed add water
  • Healthy oats soup is ready to serve
