  • Oats
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Corinader
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Chop the onion and green chilli. Then Put a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil id hot enough, add the chopped onion and green chilli, and saute till they turn golden brown. Now add the oats to the pan and roast for a 2-5 minutes, then add salt and water to the mix and bring it to a boil. Finally, add the milk and black pepper powder to the mix and continue to boil the mixture. Put the pan down and switch off the burner. Garnish the oats soup with chopped cilantro and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
