- To make Ganache: Cut chocolate into small pieces and heat the cream. remove from gas and add that chocolate mix to the cream
- Take a cake base and sheet and a round mould, put it on cake and remove the rest part of the cake.
- Now take the wasted cake and make a hill of it and put it on refrigerator for 1 min
- Now take the OHP Sheet and place and place on the ring in the way that it should touch the upper part of cake so the layer of jelly can be formed
- For Jelly: Take a pan and add water, In a bowl add castor sugar and jelly powder and mix it. Boil the mixture and stir continuously until bubbles are formed and remove from gas until room temperature.
- Take few part of that mixture and add blue color to it and add slowly into that cake to form a layer, and follow this steps with different color for different layer.
- Set it in room temperature until 45 minutes to let the jelly set.
