Ingredients

  • 250 gm bhindi
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 : teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Pinch hing
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • As per taste salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

  • Take bhindi n wash it n dry it. Now cut into small pics. Take a kadai add oil n add pieces of bhindi. Cook for 5 minute.
  • Add chopped onion n add all spices. Cook for 5 minute on slow flame.
  • Bhindi veg is ready

Notes/Tips

Garnish it with coriander and serve hot
