- Firstly soak paneer pcs in warm salty water , keep aside .
- Take a pan , add 2 tbsp oil , heat it . Fry capsicum & onion for 2 minutes . Keep aside .
- Now take a wok or deep bottom pan , add oil , heat it.
- Add choti ilaichi , saute it for a sec . Add zeera now , let it splutter .
- Add onion , stir fry it untill brown .
- Now add ginger garlic paste , also add very lil water , stir fry it until rawness is released .
- Mix haldi powder , dhania powder & red chilli powder with lil water , add in the masala , stir it . Cook it till oil has oozed out . Add salt now .
- Take a mixing bowl , add dahi , fresh cream & Masala e Magic powder , mix it well .
- Add in the masala , give a stir . Lower the flame now , cover it with the lid , cook it until oil has oozed out .
- Open the lid now , increase the flame , add 1 cup boiled water , give a boil .
- Take out the paneer pcs from the water , add in the gravy . Also add capsicum & onion . Give a stir .
- Lower the flame now , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick . Add green chili in between .
- Switch off the flame now , open the lid after 5 minutes .
- Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
- Have it with Tandoori Roti or Lachcha Paratha .
