Onion garlic roasted pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 cup pasta
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 large Onion
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup tomato puri
  • Red chili pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Bowl the pasta as medium .
  • Switch on gas put a pan and fall butter and onion on the pan give it gloen red brown colour.
  • Now put 1 tbsp flour and mix it well after that put tomato puree and red chilli powder in it and wait until it give us red colour and also when the tomato start separating oil.
  • When thep puree separate the oil add 1 cup of milk and stir for 5 mints , then add cheese slices and stir continuously without stopping .
  • When the cheese melt completely then add pasta and stir it slowly and leave it .
  • After when the pasta almost cooked sprinkle some origano on it and again mix it.
  • Now again put a pan on the gas took butter some and melt it when it melt completely stir some onion pieces with red chilli pepper powder in it .
  • When the onion completely roasted into butter then take it and put it on the pasta and serve it .

Notes/Tips

Don't overcook pasta otherwise pasta will break. When you putting cheese slices don't take your hands off.
