  • Whole green moong dal
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Cumin
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Soak moong dal and rice in water for at least 6 hours. After 6 hrs, grind everything into slightly coarse batter. Add curry leaves,salt,ginger, cumin,chopped green chillies to the batter. Heat a tawa, make thin and crisp dosas.sprinkle onion on it and Onion Pesarattu is ready.
