Orange Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • Orange
  • Milk Bread or Fruit Bread
  • Milk
  • Orange Juice
  • butter
  • cinnamon powder
  • sugar
  • Condense Milk
  • custard powder
  • dry fruit
  • vanilla essence

Instructions

  • 1. Take a utensil add custard powder, cinnamon powder, sugar and boil on slow gas flame stir continuously then add butter and switch off the gas then add Condense Milk, orange juice mix it well.
  • 2. Peel of outer skin of oranges and remove seeds and cut the bread in square shape.
  • 3. Pour all bread pieces into custard milk and keep it for 5-6 minutes until soaked in milk.
  • 4. Take a big bowl grease with some butter place some soaked bread and then orange pieces do as this till end and garnish dry fruits on the top layer of orange bread pudding.
  • 5. Preheat the oven and the keep this orange bread pudding on 175 degree for 30-40 minutes.
  • 6. Remove the pudding bowl and keep aside for cool and after that cut into pieces and serve all.
  • 7. My Santa Clause also love Orange Bread Pudding dish.
