Ingredients

  • 2 big Oranges and carrot
  • 2 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 5 cups Water (boiled and let it cool)

Instructions

  • Wash, peel carrots, and cut into long pieces (1 1/2 inches)
  • Mix all spices into it.
  • Keep it in the sunlight for a day and then add water into it. Again keep it in the sunlight for 2-3 days.
  • Now your sour carrot Kanji is ready to drink.
