1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup Sugar powder
1/4 cup oil ,as required Some orange zest
1 cup maida ,1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking powder ,1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup orange juice &pulp, 2 tbsp milk powder
2 drop orange essences ,2 drop orange colour

Instructions

Take cake mould,grease some oil keep aside.Preheat the micro wave.In a bowl,takecurd,sugar oil & orange zest & whisk it with the hand whisker.Add orange juice and pulp whisk nicely.
Take a strainer put maida,baking soda,baking powder & milk powder strain all.Add step by step with wetbutter mix it well.
Add essence & food colour mix it well.Now put the batter on cake mould & bake batter in the preheated microwave for 5 mints.
Check the cake with a tooth pic.Cooling down & take out the cake& demould.Enjoy the tasty cake with a cup of tea.
