- Boil milk and cream together
- When it boils add vinegar when milk curdles strain and keep aside for 2 hours
- Crush biscuits add butter till it resembles wet sand
- Refrigerate for 30 min
- Whip cream till stiff peaks
- Whip cream cheese which we strained in the strainer
- Melt white chocolate with 1/2 cup milk
- Mix together chocolate condensed milk and castor sugar
- Fold whipped cream
- Cut orange slices in half and caramalise lightly with a spoon of castor sugar
- Transfer the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture on the crushed biscuits
- Keep it overnight
- When set arrange Oranges and jelly refrigerate for 1 hour
