- Grate a orange zest for about 1tsp
- Take a clean dry bowl Add 1/2cup unsalted Butter, 1/2 cup Sugar and 1tsp orange zest Beat well to get creamy texture
- Add 1 egg at a time and beat well to make a smooth creamy batter
- Add dry ingredients,Maida, baking powder and salt Mix the dry ingredients with batter in cut and fold method
- Now add orange juice and orange essence if needed add 1/2tsp of orange color Mix well in cut and fold method
- Grease the cake tin with butter and pour the batter
- Place them in a 10mins preheated oven and Bake for 30 - 35mins After baking check with a toothpick, slice and serve it
