  • Wheat flour
  • Coconut grated
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • first take a bowl and add the wheat flour along with grated coconut and salt. Mix all together adding little water at a time and make a sticky dough. Keep some water in a bowl and keep it aside. Take a leaf, dip the fingers into the water and spread the dough into a thick bread and place another leaf on the top. Heat a non stick pan and cook the rounds along with leaf on both sides until golden brown in colour. Remove the leaves and cook again for few seconds. The tasty dish is ready now.
