- Take 1 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add 1tsp mustard seeds, chana dal, a handful peanuts, curry leaves. Fry till peanuts are roasted. Add 1 small onion chopped. Fry till transparent.
- Add 1 bowl sauted mixed vegetables like green peas, beans, carrot, capsicum. Mix. add 200 gms oats,1tsp haldi powder, salt and chill powder to taste. Fry for a minute. Add 500ml water
- Mix well. Cook till done.
