Ingredients

  • 200 gms quaker oats
  • 1 bowl Sauted mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp chana dal, haldi
  • 1 handful peanuts
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • as required Curry leaves
  • as per taste Salt and chilli powder
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  • Take 1 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add 1tsp mustard seeds, chana dal, a handful peanuts, curry leaves. Fry till peanuts are roasted. Add 1 small onion chopped. Fry till transparent.
  • Add 1 bowl sauted mixed vegetables like green peas, beans, carrot, capsicum. Mix. add 200 gms oats,1tsp haldi powder, salt and chill powder to taste. Fry for a minute. Add 500ml water
  • Mix well. Cook till done.
