Ingredients

  • Badam 500gm
  • Pistachio 500 gm
  • cashew 500gm
  • Makhana 500 gm
  • Cardamom 100gm
  • Goand 100 gm
  • Black Pepper 50 gm
  • White Pepper 50 gm
  • Meethi Dana 50 gm
  • Sugar Granule 750gm
  • Sooji 1kg
  • Burra 500 gms
  • Pure ghee 1.5 kg
  • Wheat flour 1 cup

Instructions

  • Take 500 gms of ghee and fry all the dry fruits one by one and set them aside to cool them down. Make sure to fry Makhana in the end of this process.
  • Now grind them all in a mixer. Make sure to keep the granules of the mixture thick and not very fine.
  • Then add the left 1 kg ghee into the pan and let it heat. Now add wheat flour into it followed by sooji. Roast well and keep stirring the mixture at all times.
  • Now add the grinded dry fruit mixture into the sooji and flour mixture that we created
  • let it all cool down at room temperature.
  • Once cooled, add sugar and burra to the mixture.
  • Serve with hot milk in the mornings to boost immunity.

Notes/Tips

Dont add sugar or burra while the mixture is still hot as it will result into formation of lumps
