- Peel the beetroot and grate it to thin threads.
- Add all the ingredients one by one in an attractive bowl except coriander leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients together and cover for at least 5 minutes so that the juices of papaya , grated beetroot and lemon mix together to give a tangy taste and flavour.
- Garnish as well as mix fresh coriander leaves. Serve this nutritious and refreshing salad.
