Ingredients

  • 50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats (gf)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • some sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tbsp (vegan) vanilla protein powder
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) (soy) milk
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Canned peach

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Blend all ingredients except the yogurt and peach in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour 3/4 of the batter into a small baking dish. Then place a tablespoon of the yogurt in the center and cover with the remaining batter.
  • Slice the peaches and spread them on the dough. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Then top with a little more yogurt and enjoy!
