- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Blend all ingredients except the yogurt and peach in a blender until smooth.
- Pour 3/4 of the batter into a small baking dish. Then place a tablespoon of the yogurt in the center and cover with the remaining batter.
- Slice the peaches and spread them on the dough. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Then top with a little more yogurt and enjoy!
