Ingredients

  • Rice puff – 3cups
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Dry ginger powder – ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • 1. Melt jaggery with 3/4 cup water. Filter it and cook again. 2. Jaggery must be thickened until to the consistency that if one drop is placed in water it must be able to roll it and take out. 3. Add lemon juice and switch off the flame. 4. Add pori immediately. Mix it fast so that all pori coated well with jaggery. 5. Wet your hands with water and start making balls when it is hot. 6. WOWIIEE!!! Now our pori urundai is ready to taste..
