Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked Variyali
  • 1 cup pan pieces
  • 2 cups khadi Sakar (rock sugar) powder
  • 10 pieces black Pepper
  • 10 drops Elaichi (cardamom) essence
  • 1/4 th teaspoon lemon juice
  • 5 drops green color

Instructions

  • Soak a Variyali in hot water for 3 hours. Take the pan pieces into a grinder jar and add the 1/2 cup water and 2 teaspoons sugar. Grind till smooth paste and remove in a bowl.
  • Take a Soàked Variyali in a grinder jar and grind for 5 seconds. Then add 1 cup water and grind another time till smooth paste. Strain the mixture in a bowl and repeat take the mixture above the strainer in a grinder jar. Add the 1cup of water. Grind it another till smooth paste and strain it in the same bowl.
  • Heat the Variyalis juice in a saucepan on medium flame. Add the Khadi Sakar powder stirring and cook till making a chasni. Switch off the flame. Then add the pan juice and mix well. Cool them at room temprechar. Then add the color, lemon juice, and essence and mix well.
  • A Cool, Energetic, refreshing, and delicious Pan Varivali Sharbat is ready for serve. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Notes/Tips

When Serveing time pours the 3 teaspoons into each glass. Then add ice pieces and water or milk. Then Enjoy your Summer Delight Drink.
