- I use hand made semiya,so I roast it in a pan add half tea spoon ghee. Now boil milk add semiya.
- Consume milk till thick consistency. Now paan leave & sugar grind in grinder, & mix into boil milk. Cardamom also add in it.
- Mix it proper, after 2 or 3 boil off the flame. At last add dry fruits & keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve it cool. A super tasty & flavor full desert is ready.
