Ingredients

  • Milk( for rabri) 1.5kg , gulkand 1 tbsp,
  • Paan 3leaf( grind in rabri and also for topping)
  • Kaju (powder)- 10kaju grind it
  • Falooda seed 1tsp, seviyan option(1/4 cup)
  • Rose sharbat 1/4 cup , rose petals for garnish,
  • Paan / vanilla/ white rose essence few drops

Instructions

  • First make rabri ( take milk 1.5kg boil it milk when milk is half then add sugar in rabri. Then rabri and paan leaf mix it and grind it.add paan essence . Then take kaju powder and gulkand mix it and grind it. Before 2 hours in water soak falooda seeds then after 2 hours quench it. In Option seviyan boil it and then to quench it.
  • 1- Take a glass or bowl 2- in glass 1st layer of rose syrup or sharbat 3 - then seviyan (Option) 4- then kaju gulkand mixture 5 -then rabri paan mixture 6 -then top garnish falooda seeds, rose petals, paan leaf cut in small pieces and garnish

Notes/Tips

Don't be use any flavors extra everything it will be a quantity wise .
