  • Tamarind
  • Oil
  • Green chillies
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Onion
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Dried red chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • First of all, make tamarind juice and keep it aside. Take oil in a hot pan and add green chilies to saute them. Now add sesame seeds and saute again on slow flame. Meanwhile add salt, sugar to the tamarind juice. When the sesame seeds turn brown in color, switch off the flame and blend it into a coarse paste. Add this paste, onions in the tamarind juice and mix it. For tempering take some oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, turmeric, curry leaves in a hot pan. Add all these in the tamarind juice and mix well.
