  • Tamarind
  • Oil
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion

Instructions

  • First of all, make tamarind juice and keep it aside. Take oil in a hot pan and add green chilies to saute them. Meanwhile add salt, sugar to the tamarind juice. Add this paste, onions in the tamarind juice and mix it. For tempering take some oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, turmeric, curry leaves in a hot pan. Add all these in the tamarind juice and add chopped raw onion and mix well.
