Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bhesan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pisa garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 big Potato
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in bhesan n water make a thick batter
  • Fry one by one coated potato in boiling oil
  • Sock them with help of tissues
  • Hot and yummy potato pakoras are ready
