- For boiling In pressure cook add chickpeas, salt, baking soda and whole spices. Cook for 5-6 whistles.
- For chole: Heat the oil in pan add garlic, ginger and green chilli. Saute till golden brown in colour.
- Now add onion cook till oil is released and golden in color
- Now add tomato and promogranate puree and do the seasoning.
- At last add the spinach puree and cook for 5- 10 minutes.
- For tadka: Heat the oil in a pan add garlic chutney in it and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle ginger julienned on chole then pour the tadka.
- Serve it hot with Laccha Paratha and onion.
