  • Blench spinach 10-15
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander 1 cup
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1

Instructions

  • For green paste Take a mixing jar add spinach, onion, coriander, green chilli and ginger and make a paste of it.
  • Heat the oil in pan add cumin, cauliflower and potatoes and salt and cook it completely by adding water.
  • Then add paste and other ingredients and mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes.
