  • Palak(Spinach)
  • Paneer
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Green chilly
  • Salt
  • Kasuri methi
  • Fresh Cream
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Wash the Spinach and blanch a little, and then blend it to make puree. Keep it aside.
  • To make the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and ginger paste to it.
  • After it becomes succulent, add cumin powder, coriander powder and green chilly paste. Mix well, add salt and saute until oil separates.
  • Mix it well with water and cover with lid for few minutes.
  • Cut paneer into cubes and add it to the gravy. Simmer a little until you get the right consistency of the gravy.
  • Add crushed kasuri methi. Stir well.
  • Garnish with fresh cream. Enjoy!!

Notes/Tips

1. Adjust the consistency. 2. Serve it with roti, parathas and naan.
