- Blanch Spinach- Boil 2 ltrs of water in a saucepan. When the water starts boiling add washed spinach. Let it boil for 3-4 mins (do not cover). Remove spinach and put it in ice cold water. Blend spinach into a smooth paste.
- Make a paste out of garlic, chillies and ginger. In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds, let them crackle. Now add chopped onion and fry for not more than a minute. Add garlic, chilli and ginger paste and sautè for another minute. Add palak paste and salt.
- Cook for 1 minute and add paneer. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add Maggi masala e magic and turn off the flame. Tada! Serve hot with chapatis
