Palak Paneer

Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Chilli paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Blench spinach puree 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Fried panner 1 cup
  • Cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In pan heat the oil and ghee in a pan add hing, garlic paste, ginger Chilli paste paste, finely Chopped onion. Saute well till oil is released.
  • Now add spinach puree and seasoning to it and cook it.
  • Finally add paneer to it.
  • Garnish with cream, Serve it with paratha, Naan or kulcha.

Notes/Tips

In place of fried panner, we can add paneer directly.
