- For making dough: Take vessel add flour salt, hing, black pepper powder and oil. Bind the dough with spinach puree, If required add water.
- For stuffing: Take a mixing bowl add all the remaining ingredients and make a stuffing
- Now roll the small roti from a dough then stuff the stuffing and seal it properly. Make paratha from it.
- Shallow fry the paratha in butter. Serve it hot with curd, pickle, chutney.
