Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Hing
  • Black pepper powder
  • Blench spinach puree
  • Gratted paneer
  • Chopped onion
  • Amchur powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Fresh coriander

Instructions

  • For making dough: Take vessel add flour salt, hing, black pepper powder and oil. Bind the dough with spinach puree, If required add water.
  • For stuffing: Take a mixing bowl add all the remaining ingredients and make a stuffing
  • Now roll the small roti from a dough then stuff the stuffing and seal it properly. Make paratha from it.
  • Shallow fry the paratha in butter. Serve it hot with curd, pickle, chutney.

Notes/Tips

If u want to avoid onion in stuffing u can skip the onion.
