Ingredients

  • 250 gms Spinach washed
  • 3 onions paste
  • 6 green chilies crushed
  • As Required Ginger-garlic paste
  • 200 gms paneer
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • as required Salt
  • As Required Oil to cook
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
  • As Per Required Ghee for temper
  • As Per Required Water

Instructions

  • Take a washed spinach in a cooker and allow it to boil or whistle just 3 times. Then take it out from the cooker and allow it to cool. When it cools down then add make a smooth paste of it.
  • Now take a deep fry pan to that heat up oil then add ginger garlic paste, crushed green chilis, and onion paste along with all masalas. Stir it well and cook it till masala start leaving the sides of the frying pan. Then to that add spinach paste and cook it till it gives golden reddish colour.
  • Then add paneer cubes to it and stir all properly. Then to that add little ghee and mixed it all well. Then lastly add water to it as per your need for consistency. I made little bit thick so I added just 1 in half of water to it and then I allowed it to cook again just next 10 minutes more
  • Then switch off the flame. Serve palak paneer in a bowl and temper again with ghee so that it gives a delicious taste to our palak paneer. Enjoy this palak paneer with chapattis.
