- Take dosa batter in a bowl, add salt, mix well and set aside for 3-4 minutes. To make each dosa, spread oil on a non-stick tawa, spread a ladle full of batter to a thin round dosa. Drizzle ghee, 2 tsps spinach puree,grated paneer,½ tsp green chilli, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp red chilli powder, spread all over the dosa. let it cook till the underside is golden. Roll the dosa, cut it into smaller pieces and serve with coconut chutney.
