  • Rava
  • Spinach
  • Mustard
  • Chana dal
  • Cashew
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Curd
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Heat water in a pan add spinach leaves and keep aside for 5 min. Now add spinach leaves in a blender and make in to fine paste. In a pan add rava and saute for 2 min till it gets warm and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, chana dal, cashew and saute for few seconds. Now add green chilli and saute for few seconds. Then add chopped onions and saute for few seconds. Now add carrot saute for few seconds and switch off the stove. Add rava mix well and transfer to a bowl. Then add curd, spinach puree, salt to the rava mixture. Add baking soda and mix well. Add water. Spread oil and add batter to idli plate. Steam idli for 10 min. Serve hot.
