  • Spinach

  • Tomato

  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes,take out the peel and cut into small pieces. Grind the boiled spinach leaves. Grind a onion with garlic and ginger. Chop the other onion, tomatoes and chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chooped onion. Add the chopped tomatoes and chillies. Add the spices, salt, turmeric powder and fry it. Then add the garam masala powder. Add the spinach leaves and the potatoes. Let it boil for 5 minutes and take it out of flame.
