  • Jaggery
  • Groundnuts

Instructions

  • Fry ground nuts and remove husk Put jaggery pieces and add 100ml water (to heat on the stove at medium flame ) When jaggery thickens and changes colour test it by putting in water some of the thickened jaggery If it breaks done Now add ground nuts mix

Notes/Tips

While making Jaggery consistency always keep stirring and adjusting the flame to medium and low Don’t keep higher flame for long time !
