Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 3 pinch turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 3 pinch salt or to taste
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1/2 fistful coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare marinade first. In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curry powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder,curd and salt to taste. Mix well until it becomes fine paste.
  • Marinate chicken breast in the prepared marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a pan add three tablespoon of oil and fry chicken breast one by one and let it rest for few minutes. Meanwhile in another pan add one tablespoon oil and add onion and saute a minute. Now add bell Pepper's with garlic powder,pepper powder and salt to taste and stir fry for two minutes.
  • Spread the stirred onion pepper's like a bed and place pan fried chicken breast on it and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves. It can be accompanied with mayonnaise,sweet chilli sauce and red chilli sauce. It can be eaten as it is,I served with Egg veggies fried rice.

Notes/Tips

You can marinate a day before and freeze it properly. Thaw before pan frying.
