  • Betel leaves
  • Condensed milk
  • Dedicated coconut
  • Butter/ghee
  • Green food colour
  • Gulkand
  • Dryfruits, Tooty fruity, sounf

Instructions

  • Take 1 pan, add ghee/butter & roast desiccated coconut on low flame for 1 minute.
  • Add condensed milk & crushed betel leaves, mix it well until mixture binds properly. off the flame & let it cool. Add food colour.
  • Grease your palm, take small portion of mixture, roll it and make it flat. Add stuffing of gulkand, Tooty fruity, dryfruits & sound. Then seal and roll it to make laddu. Then roll ladki in desiccated coconut & decorate with footy fruity on top.
