  • Peanuts
  • Makhane
  • Coconut powder
  • Cashew
  • Melon seeds
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Ghee
  • Fresh cream

Instructions

  • Take a kadai and add oil/butter. Then add makhane and saute for few minutes. Take it into a bowl. Then in the same pan add peanuts. And saute for few minutes. Then saute kaju. Make sugar syrup. In a pan, add ghee,fresh cream, coconut powder, cardamom powder,melon seeds Cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar syrup. Mix it well. The consistency should be thick. Spread in greased plate. Let it cool down for 2-3 hours. Cut into pieces. Serve.
